Consent Agreement

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Respectful Conduct

   • You consent to treat the staff providing the service with respect and professionalism at all times. 

2. Work Review

   • Where applicable, you agree to review the completed work to confirm that the task has been carried out satisfactorily.

3. Timely Payment:

   • You commit to keeping your payments up to date and in accordance with agreed terms.

4. Privacy and Boundaries:

   • You will not request or seek any personal information from staff, including (but not limited to) their religion, personal preferences, contact information, or address.

   • Likewise, we request that you do not share your own personal information.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

   • You must provide at least 1 week's notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your allocated time slot.

   • Exceptions may be made but are subject to approval, and are given at the discretion of the person in charge of your booking.

Failure to adhere to any of the above terms may result in the following actions, at our discretion:

• Immediate cancellation of current or future bookings

• Suspension or permanent restriction of access to our services

• Notification to relevant authorities or organizations, if required by law

• Financial penalties or withholding of refunds, where applicable

We reserve the right to take any necessary steps to protect our service providers, maintain safety, and uphold the integrity of our platform.
